These are a number of different things that I have chosen to advertise in my E-mail signature, for various reasons. Sigverts, if you haven't guessed, is short for signature adverts. The term may remind you of blipverts, from Max Headroom the film, if you ever saw it, although hopefully these won't have quite such a destructive effect.
